The Olympian Gods are said to be notably fickle, lively, and irrational among Gods. However, Gods are considered more honest with their feelings than humans, and even Gods who are not considered "evil" can be prone to easily getting jealous and tend to harbor grudges for eternity. There are also Benevolent Gods and Evil Gods (悪神, Akushin), the latter of whom serve as antagonistic forces among their mythologies. The head God of a mythology is known as a Chief-God (主神, Shushin). Within these mythologies, Gods can rule over various phenomena. Other pantheistic mythologies can have several. Some, most notably Christianity, are monotheistic, revolving around a single God. Gods are major figures among the many mythologies.
